Hi, I’m Lisa.

I design and deliver customized learning experiences—leveraging the genius of instructional design, emotional intelligence models, and graphic facilitation to turn complexity into clear, aligned action.

Cultivate the container AND the container will cultivate the wow.

My Approach

Collaborative

I believe in the importance of a collaborative process when engaged in work. How we get there matters.

Adult learning theory: “It’s ALL Intentional!”

    • “Why am I doing this?” Pre & post-micro e-learning/survey/input/feedback

    • “What’s in it for me?”- Process tailored to the desired outcome…w/flexibility to let the learning & convo go where it needs to go!

    • “...Involve me, and I learn”- Experiential & team/ self-directed involvement from moment walk in door. No one likes a lecture except the one giving it. ;)

    • “I commit”- Internal commitment vs compliance focus.

Iterative

An iterative approach is essential when leading an emotional intelligence (EQ) learning process because emotional growth unfolds over time through reflection, practice, and feedback. Unlike technical skills, EQ involves internal awareness and behavioral change—both of which require repeated cycles of learning, applying, and adjusting to become deeply integrated. Iteration allows individuals and teams to build trust, surface blind spots, and adapt insights to real-world dynamics, ultimately leading to sustainable transformation rather than one-time insight.

Blue Sky Thinking

In complex environments, where challenges are often layered and ambiguous, logic alone may not lead to breakthrough solutions. A touch of creative thinking invites emotion, vision, and human-centered insight, helping teams connect dots differently, envision bold futures, and reframe constraints as opportunities. It’s not about being unrealistic—it’s about suspending judgment long enough to uncover unexpected paths forward.

Human

There’s an art to being human and it’s more important than ever to lean into —empathy, creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence are the very qualities that complement AI, not compete with it. As AI takes on more tasks that rely on data processing and pattern recognition, the real value comes from humans who can ask better questions, make nuanced judgments, build relationships, and apply insight with context and care.
